B. Agenda Review
Motion to accept agenda by Frank Cochran, seconded by Deborah Davis; unanimous approval.

C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes with changes by Frank Cochran, seconded by Deborah Davis; unanimous approval.

D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report
Captain Blanchard reported that 16 C cases were opened with 2 C cases sent to Patrol. There were 21 cases closed in November. Patrol is now using new forms for reporting the resolution of complaints that are sent back to Patrol. Internal Affairs is developing a new Civilian Complaint form and a Feedback Form that can be filled out and submitted online through the City of New Haven website.

E. Case Assignments
Closed cases were assigned to Panels A & B for reading.

F. New Business
Assistant Corporation Counsel Roderick Williams swore in new members Deborah Davis and Moses Nelson.

G. Unfinished Business
CRB login sheet is ready to use when reading cases. Frank Cochran proposes discussion regarding our annual report at the January meeting which will include in service training.

H. Subcommittee Reports –
Panel A ¬– Completed assigned reading.
Panel B – Completed assigned reading.
NACOLE – Annual meeting will be in September 2011 in New Orleans.
BOA – CRB needs to have Community Dialogue
Management Teams, Policy& Procedures, By Laws Committees & BOPC – No reports.
